Frequently asked questions
Do I need a visa for Jordan?
It depends on your nationality: waiver, e-visa, visa on arrival or Jordan Pass. Select your nationality at the top of the page, your case appears.
What is the Jordan Pass?
It is a tourist package that waives the visa fee (issued on arrival) and gives access to more than 40 sites including Petra. It must be bought before arrival.
Can I combine an e-visa and a Jordan Pass?
No: the authorities do not issue the e-visa to Jordan Pass holders. The Pass waives the fee of the visa issued on arrival, provided you bought it before arriving.
How long can I stay?
Up to 90 days since January 2026 (e-visa as well as visa on arrival; excluding work visas). The Jordan Pass entitles you to a 30-day single-entry stay.

Bali tourist levy Bali only
Direct arrivals in Bali are subject to a tourist levy. We can pay and pre-register it for you to avoid the queue on arrival.
Official invitation required
Your nationality requires an official invitation (with a number issued by the authorities) to obtain the e-visa. This number must be entered in the application. It is not a personal invitation from a friend or relative.
If you do not have an official number, your invitation is not valid for the e-visa: choose the option above so that we obtain it.
Repatriation insurance
Covers emergency medical repatriation and medical costs abroad. Certificate sent by email with the confirmation.
Zanzibar insurance Mandatory in Zanzibar
