Frequently asked questions
Do I need a visa for Dubai / the UAE?
It depends on your nationality. Many countries (including France and the EU) are visa-exempt for a tourist stay; others need an e-visa before departure. Select your nationality above.
What options do you offer?
A tourism / business e-visa for 30 or 60 days (single or multiple entry), Virtual Working to work remotely from Dubai for 12 months, and a +30-day extension service to extend on site a visa obtained with us. Prices and detailed documents on each page.
Can I work from Dubai?
Yes, with Virtual Working (digital nomad visa): valid 12 months, renewable, it allows remote work for an employer or clients established outside the UAE, with 0% income tax. Minimum monthly income of USD 3,500 (USD 5,000 for the self-employed). It does not allow employment by a UAE company.
What is the processing time?
About 48h for the tourist e-visa, from a complete file. The visa is then valid 60 days to make your entry into the UAE.
Are French nationals exempt?
Yes: French and EU nationals are visa-exempt for tourist stays of up to 90 days per 180-day period. A passport valid 6 months is enough.

The e-Arrival Card is a mandatory digital form to complete within 72h before each entry. We can complete and submit it for you.
Bali tourist levy Bali only
Direct arrivals in Bali are subject to a tourist levy. We can pay and pre-register it for you to avoid the queue on arrival.
Official invitation required
Your nationality requires an official invitation (with a number issued by the authorities) to obtain the e-visa. This number must be entered in the application. It is not a personal invitation from a friend or relative.
If you do not have an official number, your invitation is not valid for the e-visa: choose the option above so that we obtain it.
Repatriation insurance
Covers emergency medical repatriation and medical costs abroad. Certificate sent by email with the confirmation.
Zanzibar insurance Mandatory in Zanzibar
