Frequently asked questions
Which Chinese visa do I need for my purpose?
Tourism: L visa. Business: M visa (non-commercial visit: F visa). Studies: X1 (more than 180 days) or X2 (less than 180 days). Work: Z visa. Choose the visa type above: each page details the documents, price and procedure.
Am I visa-exempt for China?
Many nationalities (including France, the EU, the UK, Switzerland…) enter without a visa for up to 30 days for tourism, business, a family visit or transit — an exemption in force until 31 December 2026. Beyond 30 days, or for studies and work, a visa is required.
What is the Chinese arrival card?
A digital arrival card recently became mandatory for every traveller before entering China (one per entry), including visa-exempt travellers. It is not a simple form: it requires uploading the passport and precise trip details (flights, hotel). We prepare it for 29 €.
I am visa-exempt, do I still have to do something?
Yes: even without a visa, the digital arrival card is mandatory before boarding. It is the only document you need — we handle it (29 €).
"All inclusive" or "Assistance only"?
With All inclusive, we prepare the file AND submit it to the visa centre on your behalf, consular fees included. With Assistance only, we prepare and register the file, but you submit it yourself and pay the fees on site. You choose on the visa page.
What is the processing time?
After registration, validation takes about a week. The time then runs from the physical submission of the file: about a week in standard, or 48h with the express option.
A form will be generated per traveller at the next step.

E-Arrival Card Mandatory on each entry
The e-Arrival Card is a mandatory digital form to complete within 72h before each entry. We can complete and submit it for you.
Bali tourist levy Bali only
Direct arrivals in Bali are subject to a tourist levy. We can pay and pre-register it for you to avoid the queue on arrival.
Official invitation required
Your nationality requires an official invitation (with a number issued by the authorities) to obtain the e-visa. This number must be entered in the application. It is not a personal invitation from a friend or relative.
If you do not have an official number, your invitation is not valid for the e-visa: choose the option above so that we obtain it.
Repatriation insurance
Covers emergency medical repatriation and medical costs abroad. Certificate sent by email with the confirmation.
Zanzibar insurance Mandatory in Zanzibar
